ACU – Air Collection Unit

The Detectra ACU is a compact air sampling device designed to capture lead and other heavy metals for professional lab analysis. Built for worker safety and engineered for ICP-MS testing, the ACU makes personal and area-based exposure monitoring simple, tamper-resistant, and accessible.

How It Works

1

Press the side button to start — a green LED confirms collection is underway.

2

Place in a fixed location for area testing, or clip to a belt or shirt for personal monitoring.

3

Wait 8 to 12 hours for the sample to be gathered. Collection cannot be stopped once started, ensuring sample integrity.

4

When the red LED flashes, collection is complete. Use the included prepaid label to return the device to our lab for analysis.
